    We do not process or hold payments. All financial matters must be discussed between the involved parties.

    We encourage users to resolve issues respectfully. If necessary, you may report disputes to our team for review, but we do not guarantee resolutions.

  3. Suggestions
    Rental owners are encouraged to clearly state their own return and refund policies within their item listings to avoid confusion.
